预处理
Pretreatment
将动物皮去掉表皮层,取其真皮层,先在碱液中浸渍,去除角蛋白和其他可溶性成分,然后水洗、酸浸使之膨润。
The animal skin was removed from the epidermis and the dermis was taken out. First, the animal skin was soaked in alkali solution to remove keratin and other soluble components. Then, the animal skin was washed and soaked in acid to make it swell.
挤出成型
Extrusion Molding
膨润皮切成条,再切成小粒,用机械方法将其打成糊状物(胶浆),调节固含量,在挤出机上经专用喷嘴挤出成管状物。
Bentonite skin is cut into strips and small particles. It is beaten into paste (mortar) by mechanical method. The solid content is adjusted and extruded into tubular material by special nozzle on the extruder.
固定、干燥
Fixed and dried
经干法定型(直接用热风干燥)或湿法定型(先用凝固浴凝固,然后再用热风干燥),再用交联剂交联,干燥,分切,制成胶原肠衣成品。
Collagen sausage was prepared by drying (direct drying with hot air) or wet (coagulation bath, then drying with hot air), then crosslinking, drying and cutting with crosslinking agent.
