Drug interaction
1.肝素与下列药物合用，可加重出血危险：香豆素及其衍生物、阿司匹林及非甾体消炎镇痛药、双嘧达莫、右旋糖酐、肾上腺皮质激素、促肾上腺皮质激素、组织纤溶酶原激活物、尿激酶、链激酶等。
1. heparin, combined with the following drugs, can aggravate the risk of bleeding: coumarin and its derivatives, aspirin and non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, dipyridamole, dextran, adrenocorticosteroid, adrenocorticotropin, tissue plasminogen activator, urokinase, chain irritable enzyme and so on.
2.肝素并用碳酸氢钠、乳酸钠等纠正酸中毒的药物可促进肝素的抗凝作用。
2. heparin and sodium bicarbonate and sodium lactate can improve the anticoagulant effect of heparin.
3.肝素与透明质酸酶混合注射，既能减轻肌注痛，又可促进肝素吸收。但肝素可抑制透明质酸酶活性，故两者应临时配伍使用，药物混合后不宜久置。
3. the combination of heparin and hyaluronidase can reduce pain and promote heparin absorption. Heparin can inhibit the activity of hyaluronidase, so they should be used temporarily.
4.肝素可与胰岛素受体作用，从而改变胰岛素的结合和作用。

5.不能与碱性药物合用。
