保存条件 1. 蛋白肠衣保存在厂家的包装里,库房应该是避光、干燥,室温控制在15—25℃之间,空气相对湿度为65-75%,冬季保存时离暖气设备不少于1米。 2.蛋白肠衣保存期为12个月。 3. 建议包装在使用前打开。 如果肠衣在低温下运输﹝如冬季﹞,需要2天内不打开肠衣包装,保持在 15—25℃之间回温后再使用。 二.使用前条件的准备 套缩肠衣使用前不需要溶液浸泡。 新鲜的胶原蛋白肠衣在使用过程中,不需要使用任何的油及其它的液体。因为热处理以后香肠需要用凉水 ,喷在肠衣上,使肠衣没有发粘现象。如果肠衣在库房存留半年以上还需要继续使用而且肠衣发干的特殊情况下,为增加软性或者润滑性可用食用油来改善,但是只能把油刷在肠衣的表面上,不能把肠衣放在油里浸泡。 Preservation conditions 1.
